We always endeavour to improve upon all of our lead time and in 90% of cases we do. You will be kept fully informed with regard to your order status at all times.

Payment

All items purchased from Nirvana Diamonds require full payment in advance. The exception to this rule is pre-negotiated deposits for higher value 'premier cru' items of £10,000 and above. For these items we shall proceed with an order upon clearance of minimum 50% deposit. For all other items we shall proceed with an order upon clearance of full payment.  Payment is accepted in cash, cheque, bankers draft or debit / credit cards.

If paying by debit / credit card our securely protected Barclays Merchant Banking System will process your payment and will perform an authentification check on your debit / credit card to protect us from fraudulent purchases.  We shall also on occasion request from clients a faxed up to date utility bill and land line telephone number to further validate the purchase.  This is done on a random basis. When paying by debit / credit card you are also protected by UK legislation against fraudulent internet traders. Delivery

We are delighted to offer fast, reliable and free delivery on every order above £2,000.  Any orders under £2,000 will have a £10 delivery charge automatically applied.

After your item has been securely packaged it will be delivered safely to you.

Exquisite Collection diamond jewellery and bespoke items up to £10,000 in value will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service.

Premier Cru items will either be delivered by hand by one of the proprietors of Nirvana Diamonds, or by arrangement via Fedex or Securicor special delivery.

All items purchased from Nirvana Diamonds will be presented in an exquisite quality finely finished lacquered wooden box with a beautiful interior finish.

For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Nirvana Diamonds orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the delivery destination to sign for receipt. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
